Do you allow third party catering service?
No. Catering is provided exclusively by The Vintage House Hotel’s in-house culinary team.
Do you provide furniture?
Basic venue furniture is available. However, additional rentals are typically required for weddings, such as ceremony chairs, decorative backdrops, lounge furniture for cocktails, and tables and chairs if dinner is held in the garden. Outdoor lighting should also be contracted for evening events in the garden.
Do you require a full buy-out and if so, for how many nights minimum?
A full buy-out is not required. However, without exclusivity, dinner in the hotel garden is not permitted and receptions must be held indoors in the Rio Salon.
Can we hire our own vendors?
The hotel works with a trusted selection of specialist suppliers, including décor, audiovisual production and live entertainment. Couples may contract their own vendors with prior approval from the hotel’s events team.
