Can we bring in our own caterer, or is catering provided by the venue?
Pousada Obidos provides in-house catering & bar services. It is not allowed to contract a third party catering service.
What furniture is included, and can we arrange additional rentals?
Tables and chairs of a specific model are provided as part of the package. Should you prefer different models for tables or chairs, these have to be contracted seperately. The same applies to outdoor lighting and/or heaters, which are not standard included.
Do we need to book the entire hotel, and is there a minimum stay?
A full buyout is not mandatory; however, it does affect the time restrictions of the event. Without exclusivity, events are required to conclude by 11 pm.
Can we choose our own wedding suppliers?
You have the liberty to engage vendors of your choice for all aspects of the event planning, with the exception of the catering service.
